DEPOSIT: Buyer has deposited, as an intent to purchase said puppy, the amount of
$_______________, leaving a balance due of $_____________. Deposits accepted are
Check, Cash, Bank Wire, U. S. Postal Money Order, Credit Card (+3.5% Paypal fee), or
Western Union. If the U.S. Mail is used, Seller allows up to 5 days for deposit to be
received and up to 10 days for clearance. If deposit does not reach Seller within that
time, Seller reserves the right to place pup back on the market. This deposit is non
refundable once the puppy reaches 8 weeks old. If at 8 weeks your puppy has not
matured as you expected a refund will be given.
AFTER 8 weeks of age the deposit becomes totally non refundable except for the
following reason: If said puppy were to become seriously ill
and deemed unfit for adoption by a licensed veterinarian or should not pass the
veterinary check for any reason, Seller may choose to: wait for recovery of puppy,and if
this is not possible the buyer may choose another puppy of equal value or request
that the deposit be returned.
BALANCE: After deposit is cleared, Buyer’s balance must be received and funds
cleared before shipment, delivery or pickup of puppy. On day of transfer, if Buyer is
picking puppy up in person, Seller requires balance must be paid by Cash
.
